Originally from East Sussex , relocated to the area 4 years ago after living and working in the United States.

I was honoured to be asked to join the board of governors in December 2023.

I also serve on the finance and Resources subcommittee.

All 3 of my children have attended Egginton with two still there and one now at John Port secondary school

My previous experience in education settings teaching physical education and my 25-year career in performing Arts has allowed me to bring an informed and creative approach to my role .

I currently work for the Derbyshire Cricket Foundation working with children and adults on health and wellness and as a sports therapist.

I am keen to assist the school in any area I can.

Egginton is a wonderful school, and I am proud to serve as a Governor.
