Fantastic fundraising at school!
On 27th September Egginton Primary School joined in with the national initiative to host a Coffee Morning in aid of raising funds for MacMillan Cancer Support. The coffee morning was extremely well supported by parents and carers as well as members of the local community. Our Year 6s did a wonderful job helping to serve Coffee and refreshments and it was really pleasing to hear such positive feedback about the polite and considerate manners of our pupils. Thank you to everyone that donated cakes and refreshments, gave donations and helped on the day. Special thanks to Mrs Hammond for organising the event. A total of £261.62 was raised which is a fantastic amount for such a small school.
